Changes to Travel Information
You can change your travel information through 3 channels
1. Email
Simply contact the Thaibus customer service email @ and inform your intention to change your travel information
2. Customer Service Center 1215
Simply call the Thaibus customer service center at 1215 and inform your intention to change your travel information
3. Ticket Sales Counter
Passengers can contact to request changes to travel information at the ticket sales counter, where you can change the route, travel date, travel time, and/or seat number for free 1 time, with conditions for changing information as follows
- Passengers bring the bus ticket along with the ID card to the Thaibus ticket sales counter themselves before the travel time specified on the bus ticket at least 5 hours
- If you contact the Thaibus ticket sales counter after the specified time, you will not be able to request changes to travel information
- If the new bus ticket that the passenger changes has a higher fare than before, the passenger will be responsible for paying the additional fare. However, if the new bus ticket that the passenger changes has a lower fare than before, the company will refund the difference to the passenger
- Bus tickets that have been changed in travel information will not be able to cancel the trip and return the bus ticket
- In case of allowing others to contact to change travel information instead, the person who contacts must show a copy of the ID card or official document issued by the government of the person whose name is on the bus ticket, along with a certified copy and a written power of attorney to authorize others to act on behalf. If the person who contacts on behalf does not bring the aforementioned documents to show to the staff, the company reserves the right to change the travel information to the person who contacts on behalf in all cases
