Conditions and Terms

On the day of travel, passengers can bring baggage up to 2 pieces, with a total weight not exceeding 25 kilograms. If the baggage is large in size, quantity, or weight exceeds the limit, the Company reserves the right to charge additional fees according to the Company's conditions. Baggage Transport

On the day of travel, passengers should bring their baggage to contact the staff at the station to confirm the trip and attach the baggage tag. The baggage will be under the care of the Company and will be transported with the bus. Unless the Company chooses to transport the baggage with another bus for safety, security, or operational reasons. If the passenger's baggage is transported with another bus, the Company will arrange for the baggage to arrive at the passenger's destination within a reasonable time.

Valuable and Fragile Items

Valuable items include money, jewelry, precious stones, silverware, computers, electronic devices, business documents, passports, and other valuable items. The Company will not accept deposits as baggage. Passengers must keep them with them and assume the risk of damage that may occur to the items themselves if the passenger deposits the items as baggage.

Lost or Damaged Baggage

In the event that baggage deposited under the bus is lost or damaged, passengers must notify the Company immediately. The Company will pay compensation up to a maximum of 500 baht. As for baggage carried by passengers and on the bus, the Company will not be liable under any circumstances.
